Embodying Peace: Practices for Women Navigating Burnout

June 26, 2024

3-5pm EST

Virtual Workshop

In a world that often demands more than we can give, many women find themselves grappling with burnout – a state of physical, emotional, spiritual, and mental exhaustion. This workshop is designed for women who are yearning for a deeper connection with themselves and seeking solace from the relentless demands of life. Through the transformative tool of embodiment, participants will embark on a journey of self-discovery, healing, and renewal.

Guided by experienced facilitators, this workshop offers a safe and nurturing space for women to explore the power of embodiment as a pathway to inner peace. Embodiment practices draw upon the wisdom of the body, inviting participants to fully inhabit and listen to their physical selves, reconnecting with their innate sense of vitality and wholeness.

This workshop is suitable for women and those identifying as women of all ages and backgrounds. No prior experience with embodiment practices is necessary.

Throughout the workshop, participants will:

  • Explore the Mind-Body Connection: Understand how stress and burnout manifest in the body, and learn techniques to unwind and release tension stored in the body.

  • Cultivate Self-Compassion: Develop practices for self-care and self-compassion, fostering a nurturing relationship with oneself.

  • Awaken Inner Wisdom: Tap into the innate wisdom of the body as a guide for navigating life's challenges and uncertainties.

  • Foster Connection: Share experiences and insights with other women in a supportive and empathetic environment, fostering a sense of community and belonging.

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by the demands of work, relationships, or societal expectations, this workshop invites you to slow down, tune into your body's wisdom, and reclaim your innate capacity for peace and wholeness. Join us for a transformative journey towards greater balance, vitality, and joy.

Your Guides

  • I’m a certified coach and facilitator who works at the intersection of leadership, learning and embodiment. My clients (whether they are groups or individuals) work with me to get clear on how they are both relating to and creating their world. Together, we partner on their ability to fully inhabit the type of leadership and life they intend. Much of my work also extends from and into learning spaces as I serve coaches, educators, and facilitators who seek to integrate inclusive and engaging approaches into their own learning design and programs.

  • I am an executive leadership coach, facilitator, and speaker. I work one on one with individuals and groups to find clarity in their purpose, take action, and make a difference in the world. I believe that radical self-trust, understanding your life purpose, and acting courageously are keys to living the fully integrated and authentic life you deserve. I am the Founder of Lead for Good, a coaching company that supports leaders and organizations to reimagine, reconnect, and recommit support for those who are taking the steps to make a difference in our world.
