RETURNING TO HABITS

Habit forming is an ongoing lifelong practice. The habits we require as we age and grow in our leadership evolve.

Identify one habit that you know you want to either delete or add to your life. 

Using the resources here - make a plan. How will you integrate this change into your life over the next 7 days? Use your responses to these questions to inform your plan.

  1. What is the change you want make? 

  2. What do you need to say "yes" to make this happen? What do you need to say "no" to make this happen?

  3. What resources/help do you need?

  4. How will you hold yourself accountable for seeing your plan through?
