  • A brief article that outlines the characteristics and behaviors of a trusted and trusting leader.

  • One of the behaviors of a trusted leader is delegation- here’s an HBR article that provides a wonderful structure for delegating effectively (if you can’t access it, let me know and I’ll find a way to get you a copy).
