CONQUERING THE REST DEFICIT

A constant theme in my conversations with friends, colleagues, and clients has been exhaustion. We know how powerful rest can be and that the ROI on productivity is more than a 1:1 ration (it's more like 1:1 million). Here are two resources to help you think about your own relationship with rest along with suggestions to conquer a deficit.
