MID-YEAR CHECK IN

As we come upon the mid-year mark, here's a practice to help you check in on the past six months and get intentional as we move into the latter part of 2024.

You'll need: your calendar, photos from the first half of 2024, a big piece of paper and your favorite markers.


Looking back: start by dividing your paper into 6 sections - one for every month. Set a timer and spend 20 minutes going through your calendar, photos, journal to capture the following for each month:

  • Major events

  • Celebrations

  • Lessons/learnings

  • Challenges

Take a few moments to review what you've written down.
