I've been reflecting on the 100th birthday celebration for former President Jimmy Carter that took place earlier this week.

His legacy of leadership and service is inspiring. When we stand in our leadership we create legacy - whether it is publicized around the world or kept private - every impact matters. 

You don't have to be a former world leader to have an impact. Legacies are made one choice, one decision at a time.
