WHAT MAKES A LEADER GREAT?

The Midterm Elections here in the U.S. give us the opportunity for a view into the leadership driving American politicians. 

Here are two leaders I'm inspired by right now. Along with a resource that defines "great" leadership.

• Here is a wonderful interview between Brene Brown and Beto O'Rourke on Brave Leadership. Beto is a 2022 Senatorial candidate in Texas who is fighting for reproductive justice.

• The Stacy Abrams Playbook was recently shared through the New York Times. Abrams is a gubernatorial candidate for the state of Georgia.

• Here is a short video that describes the characteristics that are involved in Jim Collin's "Level 5 Leadership".

THE PRACTICE

If you live in the U.S. - now is the time to make a plan to vote.
If you live outside the U.S. I would love for you to share examples of the leaders in your home country who most inspire you.
