Making space to explore and expand our leadership takes effort and planning. Here are a few ideas to help you start thinking about this as we continue to move towards 2023. 

THE PRACTICE

Take a moment to look at your schedule for Q1 2023. What can you choose to do now that will help you explore and expand your leadership learning in the new year?

Here are some ideas:

  • Block 30 minutes per week on your schedule starting January 2nd to read, listen, or reflect on your leadership

  • Register for a course or program

  • Request professional development funds from your manager to attend a conference or training that interests you
