THE PRACTICE
A break in our confidence can sometimes pop up when, as leaders, we don't have the answers or aren't the most knowledgeable in the room. Leaders offer answers, and they also know what questions to ask when they do not.
In your next meeting, workshop, or off-site, experiment with using curiosity to overcome a lack of confidence or a feeling of being an imposter. Do this by asking two of my favorite questions.
