As I am doing my best to listen to my body getting over a cold, I thought what better thing to do than remind us of some great resources for being a great listener. It's no coincidence that great leaders are also great listeners.

This time of year can tend to be hectic - you are finishing up end of year business, on top of taking care of all of your personal commitments and traditions around the holidays.
